The reef at Steve's Ledge is an extension of Steps, but is in places 19m deep. There are quite a few anemones on this reef with their Twobar Clownfish and Anemone Crabs in attendance, Rock Cod and Grouper Families. It is also a thin reef and, on strong South-North current days, it is a good starting point for dives leading onto Steps. Game fish patrol the inside of this whole reef system and King Mackerel and Green Job Fish have been seen here. Blue Banded Snappers, Goatfish, Trumpet Fish and Angel Fish are but some of the reef fish sighted here.
